Bitang Bolong has very nice river views but... doesn't have particularly very good rooms...
These were our "suites"! They had a shower device, a lamp in the top... but nothing really worked! :) When we've asked for the shower...
NO problem! He ran and brought a jerry can full of water! (the yellow one in the photo!) :)
and for the lamp... didn't worked but he gave us an alternative solution! In The Gambia style! :D
This was the mosque just outside of the lodge.
So... at 6 a.m. it was the best time to call (very loudly) the faithful to go for the first praying of the day!... aahhhhhhhhhhrrr I prefer the cock singing in the morning! ;)
